For a face mask, mix 1 teaspoon with enough water or rose water to form a smooth fresh paste, apply evenly to clean skin, leave for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse, use once weekly according to the skin’s needs, for a hair mask, mix 2 to 4 tablespoons according to hair length and density with warm water or rose water, apply to clean damp hair and scalp, leave for 20 to 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly
